What is the Autoserve Club?

The Autoserve Club is an online, members-only website which hosts a wide range of exclusive motoring, travel and lifestyle deals and discounts.

What type of offers will I have access to?

We have a wide range of offers available on the Autoserve Club website, ranging predominately from motoring deals and discounts to lifestyle and travel. We are constantly looking to add new and exciting offers to our offering with new offers being added regularly. Click here to view the full list of offers.

What are Member Benefits?

Member Benefits are included, as part of your paid club membership. Currently benefits include offers such as free access to accident assistance if you were to be involved in a vehicle accident. Click here for a full list of our current Premium Benefits.

How do I sign up?

Simply click here to join today. You will then be asked which membership option you would like and you will then be promoted to fill out our sign up form and complete your payment details. You will then have instant access to all of our deals. Please allow 3 working days to allow us to add your information to our systems to enable access to our discounted servicing and member benefits.

How much is it to join?

What does membership include?

Autoserve Club membership will allow access to all of the deals on our website. You’ll also have access to our Member Benefits which includes deals such as free accident management. You’ll also be sent a welcome letter (this may be by email)

Does my membership include all cars at my household?

No, your membership only covers the vehicle you registered with. If, for example, you wish to access our discounted service on another vehicle you will need to set up another Autoserve Club account to cover that vehicle.

If you change your vehicle please email Autoserve Club to let us know and we’ll update our system. Proof of vehicle change may be required.

If you change your vehicle or vehicle reg please email Autoserve Club to let us know as soon as possible and we’ll update our system. Proof of vehicle/vehicle reg change may be required.

What if I wish to cancel my membership?

If you wish to cancel your membership, or if you have a question regarding your membership simply email us at info@autoserveclub.co.uk

Do offers cover motorcycles, scooters, HGVs, motor-homes or caravans?

Currently, the large majority of our offers only cover cars and vans up to 3.5 tonnes. This includes our disocunted servicing deal, accident management, legal assistance and our 24 hour driver helpline.

Other offers such as discounted new tyres, discounted insurance, parking and accessories will depend on the offer supplier themselves. We cannot guarantee that vehicles such as HGVs, motorcycles, caravans and motor-homes will be covered. Please enquire with the individual offer supplier.

Do I need to keep a copy of my welcome email?

Yes!

When you join you will automatically receive a welcome email from Autoserve Club, please ensure to keep a copy of this email as you may need it as proof of membership when redeeming some of our offers, in particular when redeeming our Halford’s offer.

How often are new offers added?

We add and update our offers regularly, keep an eye on our homepage and our social media pages for offer alerts.

How do I access the deals?

In the top toolbar on our website click ‘offers’, this will then show all of the offers available, you can filter and search for offers using the filters on the right hand side of the page. Once you have found an offer you are interested in, click the green ‘get offer’ box, you will then be transferred to the offer supplier’s website to make your purchase. A pop-up may appear with a discount code, copy and paste this code or make a note of it, you may need to input this during your purchase of the offer. Each offer is different, for specific instructions on each offer, see the individual FAQ section at the bottom of each offer page.

How do I hear about any new offers?

When you sign up, opt in to receive offer emails from us, as soon as we add a new offer to the Autoserve Club website, we’ll send you an email to let you know. Alternatively follow us on social media for the latest news and offer alerts.

How do I subscribe to offer emails?

When creating your membership ensure to tick the box to indicate you wish to receive emails from us, alternatively please email us at info@autoserveclub.co.uk or enter your email address in the pop up which presents itself on our homepage.

How do I unsubscribe from offer emails?

At the bottom of any news or offer email we send you, you will see an unsubscribe option, simply click this, you will then be taken to a webpage to indicate your reason (if you would like to share) and click to submit your change in preferences. Alternatively please email info@autoserveclub.co.uk and request to be removed from our mailing list. You will only be subscribed to offer emails if you initially sign up / indicate your wish to.

How much is it to join?

The Business Club is £8.99 a month, per employee. Including VAT.

Some Duty of Care services may incur an additional charge, please speak to your Autoserve Club account manager.

The Business Club is exclusive for Businesses and is not available to the general public/consumers.
